Cancellation Policy

Doody Duty USA – Terms of Service By requesting service, you agree to the terms below. These may be updated periodically; please review them regularly. Service Overview You authorize Doody Duty USA to access your yard on service or makeup days via an outside gate. We do not enter homes. Service runs Monday–Friday from sunup to sundown; exact times may vary. Gates must be unlocked by sunup and remain accessible. For keyed gates, use a hide-a-key or combo lock. Provide access codes via the Customer Portal. Customer Responsibilities Ensure the yard is safe and accessible. Aggressive dogs must be secured on service days—Doody Duty USA is not liable for incidents involving unsecured pets. Use the portal to update: Dog behavior Gate/access codes Payment info and service changes For rentals or shared properties, the account holder is responsible for access and payment. Billing & Payments Service is prepaid monthly. First payments, including initial cleanups and add-ons, are charged at sign-up. Service auto-renews monthly. Failed payments incur a $20 fee. Balances 30+ days overdue may be sent to collections. Rates may increase annually; customers will be notified 15+ days in advance. Those paying above current rates are unaffected. Holidays We observe major U.S. holidays. If service falls on a holiday, it will be rescheduled that week. Monthly pricing is flat—no credits for holiday shifts. Extras & Operational Details Litter Box Option: Leave it outside on service day. Missed boxes won't be serviced. Waste is bagged and placed in your trash. Pet Poop Tracker: GPS confirms visit; opt-in text alerts available. Photos: Technicians may take gate photos post-service. Media Use: By using our service, you consent to work photos/videos for marketing (no personal info shown) Waste Disposal: Bagged waste goes in your receptacle or near the gate. Techs do not remove waste from the property. Service Areas: Standard service is backyard only unless arranged otherwise. Pauses & Cancellations Pause service for up to 3 months with 4 business days’ notice via the portal. Billing resumes automatically. A $10 per bag fee may apply for accumulated waste. Cancel anytime in writing; unpaid balances are due immediately. Disputes & Liability Dispute charges within 7 business days; we’ll respond within 48 hours. Maintain gates and yard conditions—Doody Duty USA is not liable for property damage or missed visits. Liability is limited to the service cost. Your doody is our duty! Thank you
