Terms of Service

Please review our service policies and expectations before booking.

Welcome to Doody Duty USA. By requesting or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them.

Service Overview

Property Access

You authorize Doody Duty USA to access your property on scheduled service days or applicable makeup days. Service requires access through an outside gate. We do not enter homes.

Service Hours

Services are performed Monday through Friday between sunup and sundown. Specific times are not guaranteed.

Gates & Access

Gates must be unlocked and accessible on service days. Provide gate codes or instructions via the Customer Portal. A hide-a-key or lockbox is recommended if needed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Ensure safe yard access
  • Remove hazards
  • Secure aggressive dogs

We are not responsible for injuries caused by unsecured animals.

Customers must notify us of:

  • Dog behavior changes
  • Gate code updates
  • Account or service changes

Billing & Payments

Starting Service

All services are prepaid and billed monthly upon signup. Initial services and first month payment are processed immediately.

Autopay

Billing is automatic monthly. Failed payments incur a $20 late fee. Accounts 30 or more days overdue may be sent to collections.

Rate Adjustments

Rates may be adjusted annually. Customers will receive at least 15 days notice before changes take effect.

Holidays

If service falls on a holiday, it will be rescheduled within the same week. Monthly pricing remains unchanged. The following holidays are observed:

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year's Day

Operations

Litter Box Service

Customers must leave litter boxes accessible. If not available, service will not be completed.

Media Use

By using our service, you allow us to capture photos and videos for marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared.

Service Verification

We use GPS tracking and may send service notifications. Technicians may take gate photos after service completion.

Service Areas

Standard service includes backyards unless otherwise arranged.

Waste Disposal

Waste is bagged and placed in the customer's trash. If unavailable, it will be left near the gate.

Pauses & Cancellations

Service Pause

Service may be paused for up to 3 months with 4 business days notice. Accumulated waste may result in additional cleanup fees.

Cancellations

Service may be canceled at any time. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full.

Promotional Terms

  • WELCOME25 first-month discount: canceling before 3 months of recurring service results in the discounted amount being charged back.
  • Promotional pricing: any active promo discount is voided if service is canceled early, and standard plan pricing is applied retroactively.

Disputes & Liability

Disputes

Charges must be disputed within 7 business days. We respond within 10 business days.

Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Property damage
  • Landscaping issues
  • Gate or latch failures

Liability is limited to the cost of the service in question.

Unforeseen Events

Missed services due to uncontrollable issues — weather, illness, etc. — will be completed on the next scheduled visit with no refunds issued.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of service implies acceptance of any updates. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
